A few days before, you need to fat-wash the bourbon with coconut oil. (See video for tutorial) Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin with pebble ice. Flash blend for 5 seconds. Strain into a snifter glass filled with pebble ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and flower.

Editor's Note

Coconut fat-washing gives bourbon a silky, tropical foundation. Lemongrass syrup and falernum build on it, creating a complex tiki-sour hybrid with layers of spice and citrus.
