I didn’t think this would turned out to be rusty/orange color. I was thinking of something pink or red ish drink, but you’ll never know unless you mix it! I’ve had some pomegranate oolong tea before and I was going for somewhat similar to that flavor, but I guess Cynar added bitterness and herbal taste/aroma to it, so this turned out to be pretty interesting. I was going to garnish it with coconut flakes to represent snow at first, but it’s supposed to be “unexpected” everything, so I sprinkled ...
