Triple Sidecar

Submitted on: May 9, 2023
Inspired by Simon Difford’s Triple Daiquiri, one could argue that this is in fact a quadruple sidecar, given the cognac base of the curaçao. What they can’t argue with is that it is delicious. The fruit blend of the brandies inspires thoughts of fall, so I leaned into that with a dash of cinnamon to bring those flavours together. Editor's Note
A Sidecar built on a trio of brandies—Cognac, apple, and plum. The split base creates a deep, orchard-fruit complexity, sharpened by lemon and warmed with a hint of cinnamon.
