Ad/ For this riff I wanted to throw some of BG Reynolds’s awesome orgeat in with a Jungle Bird. I decided to go to the Desert with it, though Bozal Ensamble is definitely more vegetal. This is one of my favorite variations of the now-classic bird template, bringing Orgeat in as the sweetener to give a nutty and abundently tasty elevation to what’s already an amazing cocktail. Jamaican Rum brings a little funk to mix with the mezcal and Campari, and I seem to have juiced this pineapple at the pea...

Editor's Note
Mezcal and Jamaican rum collide in this Jungle Bird riff. Orgeat replaces simple syrup, adding a nutty, velvety texture that anchors the bitter Campari and bright pineapple.
