Beauty and A Beet

Bourbon and beet go together beautifully. Add to that more flavors of the season, like cinnamon, and this is a real treat for your tastebuds. A thick foam from egg white 🥚 (or your preferred vegan foamer) adds on to an already incredibly smooth and creamy-feeling cocktail. It’s heaven 💗✨🌟

View MorePut all ingredients in a shaker and add a spring from your Hawthorne strainer and 3-4 small ice cubes. Shake well for at least 1.5 minutes- longer is better. Not too hard or crazy, just keep everything moving. Strain into a chilled coupe. No garnish necessary- the foam and bricky-red-brown color are stunning on their own. You can pour the last trickles of the foam in a shape for some dimension.
Editor's Note
Earthy beet juice meets warm cinnamon and bourbon in this velvety, foam-topped sour. A seasonal standout that balances deep, savory roots with classic spice.
