Beautiful whiskey, maple syrup, and spiced red wine come together to create the perfect New York Sour for fall! While any whiskey, bourbon, or rye will work, the Prospect Reserve’s time aging in California red wine barrels really lends itself to the crispness of this cocktail. Thank you, Two Eagles Distillery!

Editor's Note
Barrel-aged whiskey meets spiced wine in this autumnal riff on a New York Sour. The maple syrup adds a rich, velvety body that anchors the seasonal spice.
