Campari and passionfruit. It’s the combination I never knew I needed. Balance out the bitter and the tart with some delicate elderflower, and smooth it out with a bit of clean rum, and you’ve got yourself a tasty cocktail. People are already talking about fall-themed things! 😭 I’m going to continue to pretend that I haven’t noticed the days getting shorter and will keep drinking my tropical cocktails.
