Blood Orange Fizz
Submitted on: March 20, 2021
I love cocktails with foams and fizzes. Who doesn't? They are crowd pleasers. I have always loved the iconic Ramos Fizz. This is a play on that using blood orange gin from Italy. I created the coconut and pistachios milk myself, which give it the richness associated with the fizz without using egg. This and the Addiction Mixoloxy Instafoam gives it the rich, foamy texture and mouthfeel that everyone loves in these styles of cocktails. A nod to the 50/50 Popsicle!
