Everyone's favorite straight-outta-Dr. Seuss flower is back with a fun and funky gin & cachaça cocktail using one of my new favorite gins by Old Harbor! It goes so well with cachaça that I don't know where the gin ends and the cachaça begins, hence the name.

Editor's Note
Gin and cachaça unite in this split-base sour. Blackberry syrup adds a dark, fruit-forward depth that balances the botanical and grassy notes of the spirits.

This sounds like a fantastic combination of flavors! Do you happen to have the recipe for your blackberry syrup so others can try making this at home?
