Cabot Sour

Cabot Tower on Signal Hill is where the first transatlantic wireless communication was received in 1901. I recently got this really cool glass from a local vintage seller, and there was an appropriate local whisky that I hadn't tried yet, so the timing for this one was perfect.

Editor's Note
Cloudberry and seaweed bitters ground this Canadian whisky sour in a distinct, coastal terroir. A silky, egg-white finish ties the complex, earthy-sweet profile together.
