A simple, yet very tasty, sipper. Named because “Beat Your Heart Out” from the Distillers’ album, Coral Fang, came on when I was making it.
Ingredients
- 1 ozAged Barbados Rum
- 1 ozAged Demerara Rum
- 1.5 ozFresh Orange Juice
- 0.75 ozCinnamon Simple Syrup
- 0.75 ozFresh Lime Juice
- 0.5 ozBG Reynolds Orgeat Syrup
- 2 dash(es)Herbstura
- 8 ozRoughly Crushed Ice

Combine all ingredients in a drink mixer tin. Blend for 5 seconds. Open pour into a pilsner or highball glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
