Kicking off this week with a relatively simple but beautiful collins! This was my first time aquiring both red dragonfruit and Meyer lemons and I definitely like how this drink came out. However, my good friend really doesn’t like Meyer lemons and I might agree: I think i would’ve liked this a bit better with classic, brighter lemon here. This was still quite delicious, bubbly, and paired with Old Harbor’s Southwestern Gin gives a ton of complexity from the citrus, cilantro and cucumber botanica...
