When creating cocktails on the fly (which is really my process even when writing them) some flavor combos are easier to decide on than others. This drink came together because my friend didn’t like one of the ingredients in the original pairing I’d had in mind (green apple and cilantro). So while my boyfriend was juicing up the apples, I was naming ingredients, and this delicious and perfect cocktail was born. Ingredients
- 1 ozLaird's Bottled In Bond Apple Brandy
- 1 ozLinie Aquavit
- 1/2 ozGiffard Ginger Of The Indies
- 1 ozGranny Smith Apple Juice (acid Adjusted)
- 1/2 ozHoney Syrup (2:1)
- 4 drop(s)Scrappy's Cardamom Bitters

Garnish
Build
Glass
Apple Fan
Shake & Double Strain
Old Fashioned/Rocks
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and shake well. Double strain into a rocks glass over a large clear cube. Garnish with an apple fan.
