Was doing some investigation in how to serve absinthe and came across quite a few methods! I was a fan of trying out the absinthe-drip where you dissolve the sugar cube in a couple of different ways. I was happy to find a cocktail that was basically an Absinthe Sour (I didn't realize that citrus and absinthe paired so well!)

Editor's Note
An Absinthe Sour given a rich, frothy body with egg white. The classic anise and citrus pairing is softened into a silky, herbal nightcap.
