View MoreAdd first three ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and short shake. Double strain into a highball glass filled with ice and top with tonic. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with a lime wheel and spritz absinthe overtop.
Editor's Note
Barr Hill's honey-forward gin meets spiced hibiscus and elderflower tonic in this vibrant highball. An absinthe spritz adds a necessary aromatic finish.
