Hello friends! To celebrate Labor Day and the unofficial end of summer, I have a tropical drink from another defunct restaurant in NYC, Live Bait. My research tells me that this restaurant was rebranded in 2018 as a Mexican restaurant, Flats Fix. Tonight's drink is a blue-green hued rum and citrus tropical drink that has pronounced pineapple and orange flavors, and the pineapple chunk garnish was a nice touch.
