- .75 oz Aged Demerara Rum
- .5 oz Demerara Syrup
- 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice

Combine all ingredients, except the aged demerara rum, into a collins glass and fill 3/4 of the way up with pebble ice. Swizzle until the outside is frosted. Top with more pebble ice. Float the aged demerara rum on top. Garnish with pineapple fronds and a swizzle stick.
