“One shouldn’t be drinking Jack and Coke” was a text message I got after a night out with a couple of friends. The night ended up in a rock club so one adjusts back to the good old days where we used to order too many of these. Those were the drinks where we ended up with that night - but we started out a tad more flamboyant with this little thing I’ve been playing around with. Add all ingredients in a shaker, shake to chill and double strain. This should preferably be served in a tiki mug but I don’t own any.
