The classic Kentucky Mule with an infusion of Newfoundland spirit. Unlike most Canadian whiskies, the Signal Hill is a corn and barley mash, and aged in new oak, so it's a lot closer to a bourbon than a rye.

Editor's Note
A split-base of bourbon and Canadian whisky meets blueberry jam and cloudberry bitters. This riff on the Mule brings a distinct, fruit-forward profile to the classic highball.

This sounds like a fantastic regional twist on a classic! The combination of blueberry jam and cloudberry bitters is really intriguing—I'd love to try this.
