A paloma riff that came together when I realized that a combo of previous flavour combos I've come across would be perfect for the classic tequila cocktail.

Ingredients

1/3 oz
Campari

1 oz
Fresh Grapefruit Juice

3/4 oz
Passion Fruit Syrup

1/3 oz
Fresh Lime Juice

2 oz
Seltzer

Shake all ingredients (except seltzer) with ice. Fine strain into a highball glass and fill 3/4 of the way with cracked or cubed ice. Top with seltzer. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.

Reposado tequila and passion fruit syrup add depth to this Paloma riff. A splash of Campari provides a bitter backbone that keeps the tropical sweetness in check.
