Tropical

Found the perfect pear - red and golden and ready for a cocktail. So I decided to see what a Pear Mai Tai might taste like. And well, this worked out spectacularly - tasty and tropical and the perfect Spring treat. Got to use both Tiki Lovers rums they gifted me. Yummers!

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz
Tiki Lovers White Rum

1/2 oz
Tiki Lovers Dark Rum

1/2 oz
Simple Syrup

3/4 oz
Orange Liqueur

3/4 oz
Lime Juice

1/2 oz
BG Reynolds Orgeat Syrup

1 oz
Pear Brandy

Instructions

Garnish

Fresh pear slices and cocktail cherries.

Muddle most of a pear in the simple syrup (save some pear for garnish). Add all other ingredients and shake over ice. Pour over shaved ice and garnish with pear and cocktail cherries.
