Jeepers creepers everyone! Tonight I have a pepper-flavored vodka martini garnished with a cute little jalapeño jack-o-lantern! The recipe originally called for Absolut Peppar vodka (hence the name), but I went with a domestic pepper vodka from California which is flavored with jalapeño, habanero, serrano, and bell peppers for a multidimensional pepper flavor that brought the heat without being overly spicy. There is a wonderfully subtle pepper flavor which makes for a wonderful martini to enjoy...
