Perfume Daiquiri

When you stock up on St Germain for New Year’s Eve and for some reason there is plenty left you have a rock solid mission to find some nice drinks that make use of some elderflower. The combination of elderflower, mint and aromatic bitters is such a treat. There is a good reason this is called a Perfume Daiquiri because the scent from this cocktail is too lovely. This has a long aftertaste and you can get a peach tone in there as well. This is a treat for sure.

Editor's Note
Elderflower liqueur and fresh mint transform the classic Daiquiri into a floral, aromatic sipper. A touch of honey adds body, while Angostura bitters ground the sweetness.
