Dulce Vida’s Pineapple Jalepeño tequila brought me right back to my Pineapeño Sour from a few weeks ago and so I wanted to play with the delightful similarly flavor by adding in some mezcal and making this one bubbly. It was the right call. The tequila is a blast of flavor contrasted by the Aperol and orange bitters adding a third dimension to the drink. This one is quite complex but still allows the tequila to shine through and is utterly crushable
