My first cocktail utilizing Moonshine.. Specifically, Saint Luna’s Moonshine, a sweet and smokey spirit that is smooth and crisp and perfect for cocktail creation. Mixed in some citrus notes and came up with this gem. Seriously, this will become a staple in my repertoire! And the sun is shining today as I write this - happy sunny day and happy Sunday!
