Date Night

It’s been a week of plum cocktails. Picked up some plums and the Ume Plum Liqueur has been in heavy rotation. So has the Two Eagles Prospect Vodka. I am determined to create every conceivable version of a martini, and I will glug them all, working with the Vya sweet or dry vermouths (this time, sweet).

Vus Sweet Vermouth

1 oz
Ume Plum Liqueur

2 dash(es)
Lavendar Bitters
