I made Dillon’s pumpkin spice syrup in order to make their pumpkin spice old fashioned, which inspired me to make another pumpkin syrup. The syrup combo inspired an obvious result, and the pumpkin pie mai tai was born. Recommended brands: •El Dorado 12 Year Demerara rum •Ironworks Distillery maple rum •Pierre Ferrand dry curaçao
