St. Nick Swizzle

Submitted on: November 30, 2021
The inspiration for this drink is wholly down to the napkin wrapping it. I saw these napkins at the grocery store and immediately knew they'd be perfect around a holiday swizzle. However, I didn't think through what this square would look like as a triangle, so Santa's belt became a bandolier. Classic tiki components like rum, cinnamon and lime team up with cranberry and seasonal clementine to create the perfect exotic cocktail for your Christmas party!

Editor's Note
A three-rum blend meets holiday spice in this festive swizzle. Cranberry and clementine brighten the gingerbread notes for a balanced, seasonal tiki experience.

This sounds like such a fun and festive holiday drink! I love the creative use of the napkin wrap to bring the theme together. Do you have a preferred ratio for your cinnamon simple syrup?
