Happy National Strawberry Day!!! My hometown (Ponchatoula) is famous for its Strawberry Festival every April. We have some of the sweetest strawberries around, and we buy them by the flats. Obviously, eating them fresh is number one, but I love to add them to my cocktails. I already love Aperol and infusing sweet strawberries and pink peppercorns into its amps up its juicy flavor! Cheers y’all!

Hi there! I've been a bartender at the same restaurant for over 10 years. My favorite spirits to work with are rum (love a good tiki drink!), gin and amaros. I love to garden and I often use the herbs and produce I grow to make syrups and infusions. Cheers y'all! ...

Editor's Note
Strawberry and pink peppercorn-infused Aperol brings a juicy, spiced depth to this vodka-based sour. A sparkling wine float provides a bright, effervescent finish.

Loving the sound of that infusion and the addition of the celery bitters to add the vegetal note. How long do you do a infuse the strawberries and pink peppercorns for?
