This cocktail marries kiwi infused pisco with a delicious strawberry syrup and pairs with a base of lemon juice, some bittersweet Campari, delicious biscotti liqueur and a touch of chocolate bitters to round it all out. This is like a dessert sour without the crazy sweetness; tart and bitter help tame the sugary aspects while allowing the fruit notes to shine with the other flavors just underneath bostlering them up.
