I was recently sent some syrups from Domaine Sante that are made from wine grapes! I've never tried anything like these before but when I opened up the one made with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, my mind went straight to agricole rum. I've been trying to play more with split bases in general and I loved the rums together with the wine syrup and fresh blackberries!

Editor's Note
Sauvignon Blanc grape nectar meets grassy agricole rhum in this bright, fruit-forward sour. Fresh blackberries add a tart, earthy depth that ties the split-rum base together.

Beautiful glass choice. I'm surprised the cocktail didn't come out a bit darker with 5 blackberries. Looking forward to giving this a try once I assemble the ingredients
