Add club soda to a chilled Collins glass and strain in your drink, making sure to get all the foam slowly so it doesn't fall. add a paper straw and enjoy!

A decadent, cream-forward riff on the classic Ramos Gin Fizz. The spring-shaken technique ensures a dense, luxurious foam head.
