Untapped Potential
Submitted on: January 16, 2023
In my continued pursuit of hoppiness, I set out on a goal to craft a non-alcoholic drink that resembled a glass of beer. Hoppy taste. Carbonation. Head of foam. All that good stuff that makes beer so tasty. The juxtaposition of a N/A cocktail imitating an alcoholic beverage was a fun challenge! So cheers to tackling new challenges this year and exploring our Untapped Potential.

Beer Foam: 0.5 oz lemon juice, 0.5 oz hop-infused syrup, 0.5 oz egg white, 1 oz apple juice, 0.5 oz club soda. Using an immersion blender, blend until foamy.
Editor's Note
A non-alcoholic cocktail built to drink like a craft beer. A custom hop-infused syrup provides authentic bitterness against apple and citrus, all crowned with a dedicated 'beer foam' for the full effect.

This is such a creative take on a non-alcoholic beer alternative! Do you happen to have the recipe for your hop-infused syrup so others can try making this at home?
