A handcrafted pineapple-infused rum from Maison Ferrand, created by Master Blender Alexandre Gabriel and cocktail historian David Wondrich based on an 1824 pineapple-rum recipe. Victoria pineapple rinds infused into Plantation 3 Stars white rum and pineapple flesh infused into Plantation Original Dark rum, blended and finished in French oak Ferrand Cognac casks. Base rums distilled at West Indies Rum Distillery (Barbados) and Long Pond (Jamaica). ABV 40%.
