This cocktail is dedicated to my sister for her birthday! She’s a big fan of sweet, pretty coconutty drinks and I thought this would be the perfect balance! Pairing coconut rum with the delicious Ron Zacapa and bright pink Dragonfruit syrup and garnish was the right move, balanced by lime’s acidity and with a touch of Spiced Pear Liqueur to keep this a little on the autumnal side.
