The Royal St. John's Regatta is held on the first Wednesday of every August, and it's a holiday for most workplaces in the city. However, if the weather isn't nice, and the races are postponed, you have to go to work. For those who drink on the Tuesday night before, we call it Regatta Roulette. This year, those who played, lost. This one is for them.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Rye Whiskey
- 0.75 oz Coconut Liqueur
- 1 oz Fresh Orange Juice
- 1 oz Pomegranate Juice
- 0.5 oz Honey Syrup
- 0.5 oz Maple Syrup
- 2 dash(es) Spiced Pineapple Bitters
- 12 oz Roughly Crushed Ice

Combine all ingredients in a drink mixer tin and blend for 5 seconds. Open pour into a snifter and top with more ice if necessary. Garnish with dehydrated citrus.
