Inspired by a delicious beet, ginger, blood orange, lime and cilantro juice from a local juicery I came up with this riff on a Piña Colada. Yes it sounds weird but it is so good! The earthy beets pair exceptionally well with the creamy, rich coconut cream.

Ingredients

3 oz
Rum

2 1/2 oz
Beet, Ginger, Blood Orange, Lime, Cilantro Juice

1 oz
Coconut Cream

3/4 oz
Amaro Montenegro

1/2 oz
Liber & Co. Toasted Coconut Syrup

Lime slice, tiki cocktail pick, flowers
