Happy Tutti Frutti Tiki Tuesday! I saw the original cocktail Juice Box on my good friend’s page the other day and it sounded incredible. Of course, I made some changes in liquor due to supplies but one was intentional: I subbed Campari for Suze. So, I changed the name but the base layers of fruit juices and strawberry syrup remain in all their glory. The bitterness of Suze is different than Campari but a welcome contrast the the falernum and both pair incredibly with Wray and Nephew’s signature ...

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and shake well. Double strain into a highball glass with crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple fronds, strawberry and a tiny umbrella!

Suze replaces the usual bitter aperitif, adding a vegetal, gentian-forward edge to this rum-heavy Tiki punch. The funk of Wray & Nephew anchors the bright fruit profile.
