To celebrate Earth Day I made a gimlet using borage and basil that I grew in my backyard. The Hendricks Lunar gin, with its floral notes, paire so well with the herbs. It's like drinking a garden in a glass!

Borage Syrup

1 oz
Lime Juice

1/2 oz
Chareau Aloe Liqueur
