Another cocktail from Book of the Month Speakeasy; this is a negroni riff that uses Cappelletti, which has become one of my favorite Campari swap-outs over the past couple of years. This drink brings some more floral notes to the classic.

Cocktail Bartender
Hi there! I’m Cat and I got my bartending start in Columbus, Ohio. I really love creating new drinks to match different themes, seasons, and palates. I also love traveling, and am currently working at a cozy cocktail spot in Taipei! Hopefully I can add more countries to the list in the future ;) Enjoy the drinks I’ve shared - cheers!...

View MoreCombine ingredients in a yarai; stir with ice and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with orange spritz and option lavender sprig. *To infuse gin with Earl Grey tea, use 4 tea bags (about 8 grams of tea if you're using looseleaf) per 750ml bottle of gin. Let sit for a couple of days, or sous-vide at 140F for 2-3 hours.
Editor's Note
Earl Grey-infused gin meets Cappelletti in this floral Negroni riff. The bergamot and lavender notes elevate the classic template into a bright, aromatic sipper.
