Lesser bird-of-paradise. Smaller and a bit less showy than its greater counterpart, but no less beautiful. Tropical flavors that echo the birds native habitat, this is a delicious coconutty rum cocktail.

Bartender
Hi there! I've been a bartender at the same restaurant for over 10 years. My favorite spirits to work with are rum (love a good tiki drink!), gin and amaros. I love to garden and I often use the herbs and produce I grow to make syrups and infusions. Cheers y'all! ...

Editor's Note
Guayusa-infused rum meets a duo of nut milks in this lush, tropical build. A grenadine float adds a final layer of color and tartness to the creamy, banana-forward profile.

This sounds like a beautiful, complex tropical creation! Do you happen to have the recipe for that vanilla-lemongrass syrup so others can try making it at home?
