An old friend of mine who works for a distributor hooked me up with some goodies. Among said goodies was Revelstoke's "Nut Crusher" peanut butter whisky that was about to hit shelves in our area. Inspired by childhood, this sandwich-based sipper was born.

1 2/3 oz
Peanut Butter Whisky

1/2 oz
Bourbon

1 oz
Lemon Juice

1/3 oz
Rich Simple Syrup

1 bar spoon
Raspberry Or Strawberry Jam

Add jam and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker and stir lightly to combine. Add remaining ingredients and shake well with ice. Fine strain into an Old Fashioned glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a mini peanut butter and jam sandwich.
