A slight variation of a previous cocktail, the Tropical Itch, I added some spice in the form of Ancho Reyes and some herbal notes from the Chartreuse. Both are equally delicious!!! Which do you prefer, spice or no spice? Cheers y’all!!

Hi there! I've been a bartender at the same restaurant for over 10 years. My favorite spirits to work with are rum (love a good tiki drink!), gin and amaros. I love to garden and I often use the herbs and produce I grow to make syrups and infusions. Cheers y'all! ...

Editor's Note
Pineapple and rosemary meet the vegetal heat of poblano and the herbal depth of Green Chartreuse. A complex, spicy take on a tropical classic.
