The solar plexus chakra. The seat of your personal power and self-confidence. Represented by the sun, the color yellow and the element of fire. I used the pineapple rosemary vodka from @chakravodka as my inspiration. Keeping it simple, I wanted the pineapple and rosemary to be the star of this. The syrup reinforces the main flavors, the ginger adds a hint of spice, and charring some of the ingredients echos the sun/fire elements associated with this chakra. Garnish: Charred pineapple slice, charred lemon wheel, and charred rosemary sprig. Combine all ingredients, except garnishes, in a shaker. Muddle the pineapple lightly, add ice, then shake to chill. Double strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish.

Charred pineapple and rosemary infuse this tropical sour with a smoky, herbal depth. The ginger liqueur adds a necessary spicy bite to the finish.
