Using a mortar & pestle, grind the basil leaves with the salt. Use agave syrup to affix the basil salt to a rocks glass. Set aside. Combine other ingredients in a shaker. Add ice. Shake to chill. Strain into prepared glass over fresh ice. Garnish.
