Not unlike the Lei Lani Volcano 2.0 from Smugglers Cove in build, but quite different in flavour. A delicious sip for the weekend! Recommended brands: •Havana Club 7 Años •Serious Eats allspice dram (recipe) •Frangelico •Grace pineapple soda •Coco Lopez
Ingredients
- 1 oz Column Still Aged Rum
- 1 oz Plantation Stiggin’s Pineapple Rum
- 1/3 oz Allspice Dram
- 1/3 oz Hazelnut Liqueur
- 3 oz Pineapple Soda
- 1 oz Coconut Cream
- 1 oz Pomegranate Juice
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 12 oz Roughly Crushed Ice
