I remember making a Halloween cocktail 2 years ago inspired by Old Gregg from the British comedy show, The Mighty Boosh. This cocktail is also inspired by Old Gregg but with a whole different concept and probably tastes better. Instead of using actual Bailey’s, I switch it up with the Irish cream syrup.
Coffee Grog is one of the classic tiki cocktail invented by Don the Beachcomber. The original recipe is much complex, has several steps, and is served warm. I might make the warm one when it gets colder outside.
This drink I made on the other hand, isn’t as complex, less buttery, but slightly tropical. ",

Ingredients:
- Shadow Ridge Light Rum
- Cold Brew Coffee
Instructions:
1) Shake everything in a shaker and shake with ice
2) Strain into a glass
3) top off with crushed ice
4) Garnish the cocktail
5) Enjoy
