I could certainly make some honey syrup, but this is an excellent syrup that’s more convenient than making my own. And honestly, this stuff might be better than my homemade syrup. It’s delicious stuff and certainly mixes into drinks more easily that straight honey. particularly great to have on hand for hot toddies!
