When I finally got a bottle of Amaro Montenegro, I wanted to use it in a tiki drink while keeping it simple. I didn’t even realize I was making a Jungle Bird riff until I was done, but really that’s what it is. Whatever it is, it’s very tasty.

Black Blended Rum

1 oz
Amaro Montenegro

1.5 oz
Pineapple Juice

0.75 oz
Cinnamon Simple Syrup

0.5 oz
Fresh Lime Juice

12 oz
Roughly Crushed Ice
