When my parents moved home to Newfoundland after twenty years away, I had put together a little local care package for them, including a beautiful trio of spirits from the Newfoundland Distillery Co. One of the first times they went to visit friends out of town, they had me put together a little cocktail kit. This is the drink that I made to highlight the company's fantastic rhubarb vodka.

Ingredients

2 oz
Rhubarb Vodka

1 oz
Fresh Lemon Juice

0.75 oz
Strawberry & Basil Syrup

2-3 dash(es)
Sweet Gale & Wild Rose Bitters

3 oz
Club Soda
